Information Desk

Our Information Desk is open 7 days and is conveniently located outside Price Attack.  Our Information Desk Staff are able to assist with our store and community information and services, public transport timetables, lost and found, Kiddy Cruiser Hire, Scooter Hire and Gift Vouchers.

Gift Vouchers

Give the gift of choice with a Kawana Shoppingworld Gift Voucher.  Available from the Information Desk in various denominations, vouchers can be spent in all stores except BiLo. 

Kiddy Cruise & Scooter Hire

Entertain the children while you shop with the Kiddy Cruisers available for hire from the Information Desk.  Kawana Shoppingworld also has one motorised scooter available at no charge.  It is important to book in advance so please contact the Information Desk on 07 5444 1944 to arrange a booking.

Free Parking Facilities

With over 1700 car parks. mostly shaded, shopping is even easier at Kawana Shoppingworld.  You can shop all day with no time restriction on parking.  Conveniently located to most entrances are Disabled Parking Bays and Parents with Prams car spaces.

Parents Room

Our state of the art Parents Room is equipped with a microwave, lounges, change tables, parent/child toilets and play area.
