Customer Service Desk
Our Customer Service Desk is open 7 days and is conveniently located outside Price Attack. Our Customer Service Desk Staff are able to assist with our store and community information and services, public transport timetables, lost and found, Kiddy Cruiser Hire, Scooter Hire and Gift Vouchers.
Lost Propery
All lost & found property can be registered at the Customer Service Desk located outside Price Attack and Williams the Shoemen. For enquiries, please call us on (07) 5444 1944 during centre trading hours.
Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are no longer available for sale.
Kiddy Cruise and Scooter Hire
Entertain the children while you shop with the Kiddy Cruisers available for hire from the Customer Service Desk. Kawana Shoppingworld also has one motorised scooter available at no charge. It is important to book in advance so please contact the Customer Service Desk on (07) 5444 1944 to arrange a booking.
Free Parking Facilities
With over 1,700 car parks. mostly shaded, shopping is even easier at Kawana Shoppingworld. You can shop all day with no time restriction on parking. Conveniently located to most entrances are Disabled Parking Bays and Parents with Prams car spaces.
Parents Room
Our state of the art Parents Room is equipped with a microwave, lounges, change tables, parent/child toilets and play area.
