School Holidays At-home Activities
2020 has been a bit of whirlwind and how children respond to stress can vary in different ways. These school holidays we want to help you understand how your child may be feeling through at-home mindfulness activities.
One way to become more mindful and aware of a chain of events is to focus on the now and explore your surroundings through your sense perceptions. The goal is to calm the mind by using the five senses through sight, touch, taste, sound and smell. We’ve come up with a fun way to introduce mindfulness to the kids that play-off all five senses.
